The eatery, which opens Monday, April 18, offers 100 percent American beef burgers which are never-frozen, plus turkey burgers, veggie burgers and hot dogs. All of the burgers can be customized with five cheese options, applewood smoked bacon and sliced avocado, along with nine fresh veggie toppings and 11 sauces.
"We offer guests the ability to customize any order just the way they want it and really offer something for everyone," said Grippo.
MOOYAH also offers salads, hand-cut French fries, sweet potato fries and ice shakes with 10 different flavors. There's also house-made artisan white or multigrain wheat bread baked in the store daily. "We even offer handcrafted lettuce buns for those looking to skip the carbs," he said.
Grippo, who opened MOOYAH in Briarcliff Manor in 2015, said he decided to open in Larchmont because it has a great downtown and is filled with young families which is the MOOYAH clientele.
"Plus, there are not really any similar fast-casual concepts in town so I thought it would be a great addition," he said.
