The service would include ABC, CBS and Fox, but would exclude NBCUniversal, after a disagreement between Apple and NBCUniversal parent company Comcast arose about working together on a TV service, according to the report.

Apple’s service would cost about $30 to $40 a month, with a possible launch in September, reports The Wall Street Journal.
